About my practice
My internal medicine practice offers truly patient-focused and personalized healthcare. It allows me and my patients to spend more quality time together to treat complex issues and to focus on prevention and wellness. I will be with my patients wherever and whenever they need a medical advocate.
My goal is to empower people to become their best selves. I provide guidance to help them take control of their health. People often tell me about how fearful they used to be about going to the doctor, worried they would be afraid of being lectured about being overweight or other aspects of their lives. I treat everyone, including my employees, with respect. I am honest and will tell you if I don’t know the answer, then do the research so we can tackle any health care needs you have together.
What is concierge medicine?
In a concierge, or membership, medicine practice, the doctor makes a commitment to limit the number of patients to ensure adequate time and availability for each patient, and to provide an enhanced level of care.
Extended, unrushed visits enable physicians to spend meaningful time with patients, build relationships, and provide more comprehensive, proactive care than in traditional practices. To make this possible, the patient pays an annual fee.

I have been a patient of Dr. Walton’s since 2006. A few years ago, I developed a rare vascular condition that stumped at least 15 or more specialists including Dr. Walton. It ultimately took over a year to definitely diagnose and treat. Dr. Walton was supportive from onset to diagnosis and never gave up on finding the answer. She referred me to excellent specialists when necessary and has always been extremely thorough and responsive throughout the many years she has been my PCP, but most especially over the past two years. My particular disorder is commonly not diagnosed and most patients die from stroke before it ever is, so it is not an exaggeration to say that her diligence and persistence saved my life. Thank you for all you do Dr. Walton
